Zoop! Just like that, you're "closer" to your data. When you zoom in, you can see files and folders that were too small when you could only see the whole disk.

As you might suspect, this tool makes the display zoom back out. Click it right now to see the display revert back to the whole disk.

Clicking the zoom-in button several times can get you really, really "close" to the data. Clicking zoom-out several times will revert the display back to normal. However, there's a faster way: if you're zoomed way in and you want to go all the way back out, click the zoom-full tool:

When you're zoomed in, you can also use the scrollbars around the outer border of the display to pan around the disk's contents.
